Query - Some of the dragon Grace items include effects no longer creatable in the updated ritual system such as the damage aura or thresholds, will these be available as LCO effects or changed to match 2.0 ritual effects?

Yes, some of the items will be LCO effects that mimic the older effects for the weekend Thank you so much for the catch, I didn't mark them with the * no matter how many times you proofread, or how many different people proof. Typos
 
The GS production buy, is that something you need the Craft skills for or is it just a blanket purchase similar to the Merchants skill?

That is the standard 100 Goblin Stamp production buy from the Alliance 2.0 Players Guide, page 86.
Reference Alliance 2.0 Rulebook, page 35-37, for the costs.

It was confirmed in the Alliance VA Discord that they will continue using that until 2.1 Beta is passed.
