Southern Minnesota's first No-Cap game!

Southern Minnesota's first no cap game will be during the 'off' season this year, and we'd love to get an idea of what flavor event people would like to see. Remember our season ends in October so expect a cold (but well heated) game!

Is this the first game where the cap is being removed, thus it will be gone from here out? Or is this a one-event special?

The cap will no longer be in place from this event forward, although Southern Minnesota reserves the right to hold Build capped events in the future (for instance for a low level campaign some day) We do not currently intend to enforce a cap beyond this current 2011 Main season.
 
Would the removal of your build cap be accompanied by a change in your magic item policy?
EDIT: Disregard, my question was answered by another post in Southern Minnesota's forum, sorry.
Our MI policy will stay in effect until is it removed by player action in game (if ever)
 
A note, and a bit of a necro-thread, SoMN's MI policy has been updated, I won't go into all the details here, but restricted items now transfer without limit, and LCO items can still be brought in by our old 'attunement' policy.
