Spark and Higher Manifestation

If you have the Higher Manifestation High Magic, does that work in tandem with Spark's requirement of a source? What about Oak of the Arch Mage fulfilling the requirement for Spark's source?

Higher Manifestation and Oak of the Archmage allow the user to make use of their channeling pool without the use of a source.

Spark, though it requires a source, is not channeling, and is not impacted by either of these two High Magic abilities.

So you would still need a source in your hand to use spark?
