Vote: ARC Rules Proposal: Final 2.1 Rules Adjustments [FAIL]
The following chapters voted for this policy: Atlanta, New Hampshire, Crossroads, Gettysburg
The following chapters voted against this policy: Minnesota, Raleigh, Wyoming, NEPA, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Virginia, Wisconsin

Synopsis of conversations: The conversations towards moving forward with the packet focused on the established timelines which were given, and then previously ratified again, and that the majority of the packet was passable with specific items that could be tweaked, the conversations against moving forward with the packet was that the previously agreed upon timeframes didn’t allow enough time to collect enough data, and didn’t give enough chapters an opportunity to playtest. Both for and against agreed that there were specific parts of the packet that everyone liked, and other parts that were contentious both for and against.
