A. Yes, but it has no special delivery when it comes back out (i.e. it must be
activated and called according to the normal Activate rules). An Elemental
Augmentation (or other Augmentation) enhanced spell can be used for all ritual
"requires a spell" purposes, including putting into an Enchant or Expanded
Enchantment ritual, a Spell Store ritual, etc.
