Spell Strike question

Hi,

If one were to put a Cure Mortal Wounds into a Channel ritual, you would now be able to spell Strike the spell.

Assuming no spell protections were up on the target, like spell shield or reflect. Could you Spell Strike a friend with Cure Mortal Wounds?

Also could you spell strike yourself in the same situation.

I understand it is not touch cast so it can't be accepted through a spell shield or reflect.

Yes you can spellstrike yourself or a friend.

Additional point of note: Our mechanics do not really recognize friend from enemy. So if I fire a spell and accidentally hit my buddy, he takes the spell as though he were the target. Alas, friendly fire...isn't.
