Spellstrike Magic Storm

I've hunted but been unable to find an answer to this question (or rather, had it answered both ways by different people)... does a spellstrike magic storm grant the effect of the magic storm spell (allow the struck creature to fling magic storms until it moves its feet) or does it continually deal 10 damage (ie, would you keep swinging spellstrike magic storm)?

It continually does 10 points of spell type damage through the weapon, so long as the caster doesn't move his feet and calls "Magic Storm".

The other way would mean that if you were struck by a spellstrike lightning storm, that you could then cast a lightning storm, and that's obviously not the effect. All effects work the same way for all spells.

On a further note, if someone has a spellstrike magic storm going and they are calling it while blocking with their weapon, you are still taking the effect.

(It's like that live wire on the ground... just don't touch it)
