A question came up regarding Spirit Recall at the April event. I talked to the Ritual Committee and verified that the way it was ruled on the field is indeed the intent as per the ritual committee (and by extension the owners who voted on it). Spirit Recall's activation requirements are completely OOG; the *player* must complete a 3-count, not the *character*.
