pg 141 - "Any skill taught to a player the day in which they are Spirit Forged can be immediately learned and placed within the database."

Is the expectation that a player can undergo a spiritforge, then gain teacher cards -after- the ritual is cast but during the same logistical day, and make use of that skill the same day? IE, Bob the Biata gets race changed into a human, and then spiritforged into a rogue. He runs over to the celestial guild and is taught Read Magic. He may now, immediately, begin making use of of lvl 1-4 scrolls.
