Squire Kona, Squire Eisenhal Called by Paladins To Test For Knighthood

Traceroo

Rogue
Knights of the Order of Lucious call forward the following squires to stand for their Trials of Knighthood before a Council of Paladins of the Duchy of Acarthia:

Squire Klonoah Kona, Squire to Baroness Katherine Rivervale
Squire Kendrick Eisenhal, Squire to Sir Darius Wagerset of Rivervale

This Council of Paladins will meet in New Acarthia, at the area outside its tavern, promptly at 9 bells on Saturday morning, 15 September 418. The Trial of Knighthood for Squire Kona shall proceed first. Each trial is expected to last approximately 1 hour.

The Trials of Knighthood are open to the public, and any with interest many attend quietly and with respect for the proceedings. The Paladins will question the squire candidate, and Sir Wagerset, as knightly trainer to each of these good squires.

Following this questioning, any citizen of Acarthia who wishes to speak as to the character of the squire candidate may do so publicly. The opinion of the people of the realm shall hold sway in the Paladins’ consideration. This Council of Paladins will receive letters of recommendation only for the squire candidates from those who cannot attend the proceedings in person. Anyone who wishes to speak against a squire candidate must do so in person at the Trial of Knighthood, and face the squire candidate against whom they speak, without exception. The Council of Paladins will accept no anonymous commentary for or against any squire candidate, without exception. Any in fear of public speaking may provide their own reader for a letter to be read publicly at the Trial of Knighthood, but the true author of the letter must be present during such reading, without exception.

Should there be any noble of the white belt of the Kingdom of Acarthia who is unable to attend the proceedings in person who wishes that this Trial of Knighthood should be forestalled may send their appeal to the Council of Paladins for consideration. Upon sufficiently compelling reason, the Council of Paladins may consider delay until the month of October, but no later.

Sitting in judgment of the squire candidates are the following honorable knights:

Prince Andrew Moorefield of the Royal Court of Acarthia, by special invitation
Sir Eryx Blaz of Ambervale, Rivervale
Sir Volmer Tye of Darrickton

OOG: Until Thursday, September 13, players not able to attend the event may email their letters to the Council of Paladins to plot@alliancedenver.com.
