Knight
Greetings Icenians and Allies. It has taken our scouts months to gather this information, and I find it prudent to share it with all of you. The encroaching jungle has overtaken the vast majority of the continent. For the sake of simplicity this debrief will not include precise numbers of troops, populations or the like. Our commanding officers and nobility will receive such information privately. Suffice it to say however, that we sustained heavy losses of both civilians and military.

These next few years will be difficult for all of us. But I know that with dedication and hard work, we can overcome even these hardships.

In Service,

Queen Sonia Bouchard

Icenia
Evorra
The first section of Icenia to be hit by this issue, the entirety of this duchy has been overrun by vegetation. Having their strength in nautical pursuits, some of the population survived by taking to sea. However as they were also the hardest hit by the tidal wave earlier in the year, said population was already decimated. It’s estimated that Evorra has lost at least half its population, though it is possible some vessels are yet unaccounted for.

Falkirk
Already weakened by the Malowearth in prior years, Falkirk had little in the way of resources with which to fight. The majority of the remaining population evacuated to Nordenn, save for some forces who remained at Stirling Keep. There are a few Sentinel camps along the Stirling/Nordenn border, but little else remains.

Brittington
There are a few Sentinel camps remaining in Brittington. Specifically, Brittingcrest, Cil Cilurion and the northern border of Romwing. Countess Shona Taggart also has a large Sentinel camp on the northeast coast of Amismoor, created by linking numerous triangulated fields.

Ashbury
Having the most protection thanks to the efforts of the adventurers and Ashban nobles, a fairly large portion of Ashbury has remained intact. Dame Kailani’s protective field extends north from the Ash Forest into the southern edge of Homrik’s Pass, and east as far as the eastern edge of Bloodstone and To the south it encompases the island of Synvia and the docks at Port Frederick and Dockside. To the west, the field extends to cover the eastern third of Vorak’s Peak. Beyond that, much of Ashbury was overtaken by vegetation. Blythedale and the eastern half of Nordenn are effectively forests, as are much of the contested lands. Blackbourne Keep is currently within our control as well. Scouts do report that an organized tribe of goblins also has a Sentinel field set up in Corrheim, and while they did not pursue the Scouts beyond their perimeter, they aggressively deterred any lingering presence or deeper probes. But all is not easy within the protected borders. Tensions are high as resources run low and refugees test the Ranger’s resolve. So far all trespassers have been apprehended and returned without incident, but some speculate that even elvish patience can only be pushed so far.

Allied Nations
Dwarenaggor
The dwarven nation of Dwarenaggor was overrun in the summer. Much of the population was evacuated to Trollsgate.

Imladar
The elves of Imladar have always had magical protections around their capital of Alacondras, and they have withstood the onslaught of the growth. A few other Sentinel camps remain, but much of Imladar is indistinguishable from the surrounding countryside.

Home
The small hobling nation of Home was completely destroyed. Small numbers of citizens of home have been found among the Sentinel camps, but much of their population is still unaccounted for.

Honua
Isolated by miles of ocean, the island people of Honua continue much as they have in the last several years. Some citizens of the lost Isles of Camulous have made their home there, but the ambassadors from the island have stressed that while they will help where they can, they are a small island whose resources cannot handle a large population influx.

Isles of Camulous
The isles were utterly destroyed by the tidal wave that resulted from the sinking of Thessi. A fair percentage of the population was said to have survived aboard their vessels, some of whom have already landed in Honua.

Lempur
The once proud nation of Lempur shows no signs of life other than plants. Whether the Aral have moved on to other territories or locked themselves away, or been decimated by the growth nobody has been able to discern.

The Sarr Kingdoms
Among the first to be attacked, the kingdoms of Bobthitet, Ukmuntznif, Darclag, Junjeq and Bobwabe show no resemblance to their former selves. Scouts report seeing some gorbe among the trees, but have found no settlements or encampments.

Saridbis
Saridbis remains untouched around its borders, having apparently made some sort of pact with the dryads as they began their attack on the continent.

Tarzaterranzan
The underground nation seems not to have suffered any ill effects from the incursion. Being largely out of the range of their activity, and possibly beyond their reach.

Trollsgate
The dwarven nation of Trollsgate took a fair amount of damage but remains standing. Some of the refugees evacuated from the Contested Lands were accepted here.
