Subjugate and "Return to Normal"

This question was posed by Rachel originally, but it's something I'd like a definite answer on:

Subjugate seems to follow the same wording as Dominate did, was the omission of "Return to normal" as a valid command intentional or accidental?

The omission of "Return to Normal" was not on purpose. It should be added to the list of allowable commands while under Subjugate, and will return free will to an inhabited golem or the prior instructions to an empty one.
