Tail & ears

So I am looking for tail and ears for my FIRST wylderkin.. actually just my first character. The person who was suppose to make them.. well just isn't. I have tried to contact some others and I get nothing in response.

Does anyone make tail and ears? If so you can PM me.. I can give more details..

Or.. maybe you know someone who does?

I am REALLY desperate. [I want to be able to PC!!]

Firstly, welcome to Alliance LARP.

Secondly, I play a fox Wylderkin. I actually made my tail. For the ears and nose prosthetic, I used Northfur. The site has a wide variety of items and is reasonably priced.

Here's the site: http://www.northfur.ca/

Howdy.
I've got a 'wylderkin' too. I went down to my local leather store and picked up a tail there, and made my own ears.
Ears are pretty easy to make. Sandwich some wire (something a little less stiff then coat hanger wire) between some friendly foam (cut into an ear shape) with glue, then attach fur to it. If you leave enough wire protruding from the bottom of the ear, you can put each ear on a 'base' (more sandwiched friendly foam, perpendicular to the ear) or attach them to a headband. I use the base method and wear the ears through a bandanna.

Hai thanks guys for all the help.
I did get the tail and ears. Even got some prosthetics too. I only have to do some work on the ears now. Maybe make earings or something. Also some work on the prosthetics.. I still don't have makeup.. which is worrying me to death.. but I am trying!

I highly recommend B3 mascots at http://www.b3mascots.com. Although ultimately, if you need to make your own, it's pretty easy and there are plenty of tutorials out there; I'd be more than willing to point you in the right direction.

I made the ears for my bear kin out of faux fur by cutting out two circles, sewing them together fur side in, then turned them inside out and stuffed them with batting. Then, using a pair of manicure scissors, I shaped them by trimming the excess from the from center of each ear to create the impression of an ear cup. These I then sewed to the hood of the faux fur anorak (which I also sewed myself using an upholstry needle and tread on my sewing machine) made of the same material. This is a really warm costume, which is why I can only play my bear kin in cold weather (I am still hoping that CT, NH, or Catskills will have a winter game or two so I can get Boris Moisyev back in game).
