Taking Orders for the September Market Day

BtB

Spellsword
Well friends that time is quicky approaching and if you are an adventurer like me, you do not want to be found with your pants down. So please send me your orders now, I make a little bit of everything. I am an official of the healers guild, the alchemy guild and the blacksmithing guild.

So, what I need from you is a list of any battle magic scrolls, potions, alchemy, armor and weapons. Please include how many you want of each and I will quote you a price (rule of thumb, is 150% cost or one and one half). If you get me the list by the end of this week, eactly seven days before the market day... i will do my best to fill it, after that I will still do my best but I can not guarentee anything because I am first come first serve.

Many blessings,
BtB

BtB, I'm glad you will be in the area this next market. I have many large lumps of metal that I, to be honest, am getting sick of carrying around. Please take them back and make something with them. On another note, I have missed company by the ale keg the first rounds on me and last man standing wins.

I am in need of the following items: 30 slate tablets with dimensions two hands by three; 2 stone of pressed chalk in finger lengths; 5 drams each of gold, silver, pitch, burgundy, ochre, forest illumination ink; 10 stone of calfskin vellum (unsplit, prepared - cut to standard dimensions), with proper bindings, if available; 1 gross treated quill; and transportation for all this back to Wayside. How quickly can you make these items available? I'm more than willing to accept remaindered or used goods as my purse has not the depth as some. Oh, and I could probably use some Magic Armour and Spell Shield scrolls, but they're not priorities.

HA! Marce, I have a bit of coin, but I'm not made of the stuff. This, plus the down payment and labour on the building, should exhaust my supplies for this and next season. Besides, work hasn't completed on the foundation yet, let alone the walls or cieling - for awhile, the trees shall be our chaperones, the sky our awning. As is, I find this level of equipment a bit decadent, but it is the custom for the local population, so I concede the point.

Why nye use graphite instead? Is cheaper and longer lasting dhan quills and you need nye buy ink and mistakes can be smudged out on paper with a piece of moulding clay.

But I concede dhe point as well...I may jus' have to put up coin of mine own. And start getting donations to educate dhe chitlins of Wayside! Ooh! I can nye wait! I get mi very own alchemistry class! :D
