Tattoos

So I bought a green longsleeve spandex like shirt for my High Orc character, I was wondering if anyone had any hints or tips on putting tattoos on it, its a darker green and Im just wondering what kind of materials i would use to keep a pattern on or to keep colors on. Thanks!

I would use fabric paint and stencils. You can make a custom stencil out of freezer paper too if you'd like.

Thanks a lot, might have to delay the tattoos so I dont rush it and ruin the shirt, ill take my time to make it look good

I would even be looking to freelance someone who is really crafty, either IG as a "tattoo artist" or OG as just someone to lend a hand, if this sounds like something someone could help with let me know. thanks.

I have two quick tips/recommendations:

1) Put the shirt on (and move around in it so that it "settles") while you're doing your placement of the tattoos. Whether you're pinning the stencil on or drawing an outline without one, you'll need to have the shirt on your body to make sure it ends up exactly where you want it to.

2) Put something (cardboard usually works well and is easy to find) between layers of fabric when filling in the tattoo. This will prevent the paint/ink from bleeding through to the back side of the shirt when you don't want it to.
