Friends,

I wanted to thank you all for your bravery and stalwart defence and the conference. This past gather we truly learned whom our friends and enemies were. it was an honor to assist in preventing the attempted assassination of the prince as well as the other actions we took in defence of the land with you all.

I met the circle and with the frequency it has happened I face some harsh truths. Through it all a shining light is that we have heroes like yourselves. People who will make a difference and stand against the shadows.
Thank all from the bottom of my heart.

I must clarify something as well. I had the honor of being knighted by His Grace Duke Nevin Kendrick. I am the first Knight of Corrheim in 300 years however I am not the "First Knight".
That honor is one not earned by myself and is at the discretion of Count Ulthoc.

I have learned more then a few lessons in my time adventuring. I have never been more proud of all of you nor of those whom's orders I follow.

Sir Marcusagrim Anvilstrike

You are first but not-first? Just when I think I am figuring Icenians out you add a pile of confusion-slop on the pile...

Allow me to help. First Knight is an honor granted to a Knight by his lord which means that the Knight stands as the first in line of authority under the Lord. It is a mark of both honor and trust.

What Sir Anvilstrike means by he is the first in 300 years is that there has not been ANY Knights of Corhiem for 300 years until now.

I hope this helps.

Sir Amaranthus Landcharmer

Sir,

Heavy is the burden of leadership. Remember that you serve your people as they serve you. Make not the mistakes of your predecessors, do not accept aid or succor from slavers and necromancers. Do not let them continue to exist unchallenged. Every day that these evils exist they poison the hearts and minds of the world. I hope your path is a long one, and full of wisdom.

In Remembrance,
Prolon L'ar

Friend Prolon,

In defense of the honor of the late King Bouchard, I have heard that at the time that he accepted the gift of the Numen stones from the Thessi, official Thessi law condemned both slavery and necromancy, if this is to what you are referring. I do not mean to call you a liar, but I was told by other nobility not to besmirch the late King's name unless I knew for a certainty that I had my facts straight.
