The Big Old Permanent Site Donation List.

First, for now, if you have an idea/suggestion please add them below and I will keep the master list updated with all the things we are sure we'll need (as well as a 'nice wants') kind of list. This initial list is entirely off what I happen to remember and will be updated as I add things.

Permanent Site Donation/Desires

Exterior Items

1.) Picnic table kits (3-4) - Roughly 75-90 Dollars, these kits include only the metallic portions/legs for picnic tables.

Internal - Cleaning/upkeep

1.) Garbage bins/Cans - Large sized garbage recepticals.
2.) Wet Vac/Steam Cleaner - For carpets in Monster Camp
3.) Can/bottle crushers (3 for various locatios) - Help us recycle!

Decorations

<Pending>

Internal - Furniture

1.) - Tables (Permanent) - Right now we probably need about 4 tables, please contact logistics if you have a potential donation as we'd like to maintain the right feel.
2.) - Tables (Mobile) - 5 or so folding tables that can be used as add hoc additions through out the side when needed.
3.) - Chairs - Both of the camping/mobile variety as well as more sturdy varieties. For long term chairs, please again check with logistics (ideally with photos) before lugging them to site.

Operational Donations
These we can nearly always use in almost limitless amounts.

1.) Packet making supplies (cloth, birdseed, and bindings)
2.) Make up remover/wipes
3.) Make up sponges - Larger reusable sponges are best, like those found at www.mehron.com
4.) Gift cards for Office Max/Depot type stores
5.) Cash (seriously, we can use limitless amounts, I promise!)
6.) Bottled Water (it keeps and we go through pallets of the stuff)
7.) Weapon Building Materials - Pvc, Kitespar, Foam

That's just the start folks, let's start listing those things not on the above list yet so we know what we are getting into!

Would you like actual recycling bins or just trash cans with signs above them so they aren't unusual? if you want actual recycle bins, I can pick up a few.

Possible things to add to the list... Remember to not get any of these things unless it appears on Dave's post.

Monster Camp could also use ether a large drape cloth for the door heading into it, or a privacy wall. Basically something so the PCs can walk up the stairs without seeing into Monster Camp.
We also could really use one of those high traffic pads you can get for carpet or a throw rug that can go in the wash. Anything to save the carpet as much as possible really.
Stand Lamps. Light in some rooms is rather limited.
Some weather proofed benches for outside.
