Last market I received a message from our good friend (and Ghauld's Goobsack Partner) Cap'n Bel. It reads . . .

I'm sorry I can't stay and chat. I've infiltrated the court of the Emperor of Picheston. I actually hold some esteem there, but my loyalty will always lie with the adventurers and the Order of Dawn. I've been in contact with Ghauld but I felt I should take this straight to you; the time is almost here. The Emperor feels sure of himself now, and his pride will be his downfall. I've made the iron hot, the time has come to strike. If he cannot be reasoned with, he must be taken down. We'll see one another soon, I know I can count on you.

I believe this is something we should look in to before our next market day. I trust Bel, and if he says the time has come to strike then it has come ... even if I don't who or what this Emperor of Picheston is.
