*The following document is placed on the tavern notice board with an added notation:*

I know there are many visitors or newcomers here, so I want to make sure that these laws are immediately available to all who come here. It is the duty of all who reside here to make sure visitors to The Crossroads and Andar who come here are aware of these laws. I will make a number of copies of this document freely available. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like me to hold one for you or your household.

Tampering or attempting to tamper with this document shall be punishable by three months of unpaid service to the office of the Anagraph.

(OOC: This document is too large to post on the forums effectively, so I have placed it up as an attachment. Please let me know if you have difficulties opening it.)

Here shall be an addendum of the laws of Andar for enforcement within the Duchy of Ravencrest.

The following shall be considerd as Sentient and thinking beings, and citizens within the Duchy:
Humans
Dwarves
Elves (high elves, Ocean Elves, Wild elves, and their kith)
Mystic Wood Folk (commonly called Mystic Wood Elves)
Dark Elves
Sea Elves
Stone Elves
Biata
Barbarians
Sarr
The various and sundry Scavenger races
Gypsies
Hoblings
High Ogres
High Orcs
