"There is Always a Bigger Fish" - Memorial Day Event

Alliance LARP Wisconsin weekend event, "There is Always a Bigger Fish", to be held on May 24-27th. Pre-registration for this event is open. All Pre-Reg's and payments will be due by May 19th at 11:59pm. The cost will be $150 to PC for this event or to NPC for this event the cost is $25. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday are included with your event fee. (Please note that meal times may vary) Pre-Regging and Pre-Paying for this event will knock $10-PC/$5-NPC off from the cost!

The event site will be Camp Wesley Woods Convention Center - 250 Stam St, Williams Bay, WI 53191

The site opens 6PM on May 24th. Logistics AND a soft lay on will begin at 7PM, with PC talk and a hard lay-on at 9PM.

Layoff meeting will be at 9AM sharp with offsite by 11am sharp on Monday.

We are in talks with our site coordinator to see if we can get permission for pavilions outside again this market. WE will keep people updated as soon as we get more information

Lastly, all attendees must have a current Alliance LARP Wisconsin Yearly Membership ($20) and a signed waiver on file to play. Additionally, National needs signed photo waivers from anyone who wishes for a photo of them to be used in the rule book.

Good Morning wisconsin fam.

We have **4 days** until prereg closes. Please get those in even if you are on the fence about being able to come out, better safe then sorry.
 
Menu for the event:

Midnight snack: Snack Mix. Popcorn with rice chex, peanuts, and pepitas. Half tossed with chili powder, half with just garlic salt and paprika.

Saturday Breakfast: Cold Yogurt Bar. Vanilla yogurt with canned fruit and granola. Assorted fruit. Bagels and cream cheese as well as breakfast sausage. Continental breakfast style.

Saturday lunch: Tomato Soup of varying spice levels. Can be served as gazpacho depending how hot it is. Dairy and gluten free. Open face cheese melt (ham or turkey available) to go with it.

Saturday dinner: cold pasta salad. Gf available. Containing red peppers, feta, carrots, celery. Deli meat sandwiches. Fruit salad WITHOUT STRAWBERRIES.

Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast Ramen

Sunday lunch: Gluten Free Asian Tostadas: Crispy Corn Tortilla, Marinated Pulled Pork, Pickled Sesame Slaw, Sriracha Garlic Aioli

Sunday dinner: Coconut butter chicken over rice. contains: chicken, Tomatoes, cooked onion, greek yogurt, coconut milk, almond flour

Will be served over rice or riced califower if requested.
