To All of Fairdale - Celebrating the Feast of the Veil

Greetings Fairdale,

As a gesture of friendship between our people Hoku, Nani, Rapaiki and myself would like to share our holiday with you. We invite you to be our guests Friday night at the Black Stag Inn for the Feast of the Veil, where we celebrate the lives of the ones who have gone before us. We invite all musicians, dancers, crafters and those of all talents to join us in celebration.

For those of you who are culinarily inclined, we invite you to share your delicious talent with us. All who bring gifts of food or drink to share at the festivities will receive a gift in turn. A prize for the dish most befitting the celebration will also be awarded.

I will gladly introduce myself formally in person - there are too many who can hear our dreams. What Ket says however is true, our home does not currently appear on any of your kingdom's maps.

I would also like to add something to the festivities... I have recently been told about a tradition in your lands on this night - carving something called a pumpkin. I was told it was a fruit of some sort that gets hollowed out, a face or other design carved into it and a light placed inside. It sounds intriguing.

I have never seen a pumpkin, no less a carved one, so I would love to include this in our celebration. In fact, let's make it another contest! A prize for the best carved pumpkin!

I heard you talk in my head of pumpkin mutilation. I wish to mutilate a pumpkin in honor of this great feasty time! I am travel from far far away, so I may be late to the party! I think, though, that my Elf friend' will be there before me. Please accept my entry from them!

I will do the best i can , when I cook at the forge everything stays warm. When I travel from Moria to Icenia the mists tend to cool off my wares.. I will attempt to keep them warm. I will be bringing some of my Roast Boar and a special rice we grow with Beans to share.
