I sent a buyback request some time ago and I haven't heard a response. Is my email going to an incorrect box? I donated to the kickstarter and should have some Gobbies that I wanted to use on event buybacks.
Yup, That's correct how long ago did you send it? If it was more than a few weeks ago I would send a follow up. With the holidays and Logistic Prep for our Fair Day this weekend, I suspect Logistics has been swamped.
