To the Good and Brave People of Icenia

Ezri

Knight
For too many years, our neighbors and allies from just across the bay have been without a home. In villages scattered throughout the kingdom they have waited. Those who call themselves the Children of Camulous, have been orphaned by the foul Vacarran Corsairs – the very same brigands who ambushed our beloved Queen Sidraste, sending her to her final death.

I call upon you now, the brave and true citizens of Icenia and all lands. The time has come for the Children of Camulous to return to their rightful home; for us to obliterate the necromantic blight that has taken so much from so many.

In four weeks' time, the Evorran Navy will lead the combined forces of Icenia in an assault on the islands that were once home to good and peaceful people. Only through the will and heart of those willing to stand up to these tyrants will it be peaceful once more. I beseech you, take up sword and spell and join us in the port town of Thandor in the estate of Martingale, Evorra.

Thou shalt be everywhere and always the champion of the right and the good against injustice and evil,
Regent Dame Sonia Forthiatis

Regent Dame Sonia Forthiatis,

I have heard your call to arms, and my answer will be mighty loud. Since Glantri's curse was broke in Stonehollow, I've come to love and respect the ways of the Children. It would be an honor to fight for them and their way of life.

These fine folk represent freedom. Let's make sure they can carry on without no trouble from some filthy pirates.

Thou shalt respect the weak, and constitute thyself the defender of them.

Sincerely,

Squire Man-at-Arms Flint Boulderback
Baronial Court of Blythedale
Vex Squad, Legion D 'Rock o' Trellheim'

Although in need and we are few in numbers good friend Flint our trials have made us Children strong! Your aid in this fight is much appreciated and so is the aid of all that are willing at long last we fight back against the vicarin scum!!!

Lady Regent,

Know My Sword and spirit will be there to Aid The Children. I implore everyone who can aid to help us in this endevour to liberate the Children's Islands from these Accursed pirates.

Yours in Honor and Truth
Sir Daniel Grimsby
First Knight of Blythedale

Regent Dame Sonia Forthiatis,
If the mists permit me I will travel to meet with the others to come to assist.
May the stars protect you,

Sir Symerille Strongbow Foxfire

Senior Guildsman of Fairdale Celestial Guild

I will come to the aid of my cousins and fight to make them truly free. I lend to you my cousins and all who aid their cause, the biting cold steel of my blades.

Aishling Fir Darrig

Well, my traveling companion and I are going to follow the lead of our Balls and assist in the reclaiming of his homeland. My apologies now if I spend most of the time on the water over the railing though. I enjoy deep water and boat rides about as much as a High Orge in the middle of a nercomatic spell party.

That being said, I would like to say to the Madame Darring, I get the intent but going over your words in my head several times I cant help but think you'll be giving us the blade by the pointy end and not the pirates.

Loken Raleigh

My friends and family,

I will be returning again to my home and fighting beside all the brave souls who would free my people. It has been far too long that this has gone on and its end is long over due.

Master Raleigh - if you wish to question Aishling's intent regarding her swords, perhaps you should do so privately - I will be available to correct your misconceptions at any time when the adventurers have gathered in a couple short weeks.

Oh no need, I have no doubt her intentions are the same like all who are rising to the call to aid. It was just mildly humerous, and in such dangerous times. Alittle humor never hurts. We will have plenty of time to be serious when we're expunging the taint from the oceans and the lands the Vaccarans have infested.

Loken Raleigh

Master Raleigh,

While I am the first to agree that humor in the face of danger is respectable, you seem to have missed something. Humor at the expense of another's honor, or in the form of an insult, however veiled, has consequences. Keep this in mind in the future.

Alor

Mister Raleigh,

I do not understand your idea of humor and am greatly insulted. If my wording was mistaken then I apologize, however, on so great a matter and so serious a subject levity should be better chosen. I do not mean to be harsh, but I cannot remain silent when my honor has been impugned.

My sincere apologies, I shall take it upon myself to correct this error in my own sense of humor. I did not mean to impune your honor. Just a play on words. However allow me to make it up to yourself and even to the gentlemen that also took offense. Drinks in the tavern in the port city on me perhaps to make up for the fact my foot is in my mouth.

Loken Raleigh

I am saddened to say that I wil be unable to join you on this worthy cause as I have been unexpectedly delayed in Blythedale. I wish safety and success to all who battle against the Vacarran Corsairs.

If anyone should see Sryah, please tell her that I am disappointed to not meet with her at this Gathering, but I look forward to her safe return to Blythedale.
