Town Box

Greeting Adventurers,

I would like to let you all know that I have finished the accounting of the Town Box and if anyone would has any detailed questions about its contents, feel free to send me a private pigeon. We are short on quite a few things:

- We have two full spell books, one of each school for anyone to study from but sadly the bindings needs to be replaced. As such reading though their pages is confusing. (OOG I need reps, if someone would like to donate small journals that would be nice)
- We have exhausted our supply of reagents that do not travel during the course of the war. And all other reagents that do not travel will be used in an effort to end the war. There are those of you that may think that it is the responsibility of the Crown to reimburse these losses, but, the Crown has already aided us in many ways. If there are specific questions about how I am glad to answer. If there are any of you who would donate reagents that do not travel to fuel our transport or any rituals that need to be cast for town purposes that would be greatly appreciated.
- We have potions but they also need to be divided into individual doses. If anyone has any viles that they can donate for this purpose that would also be appreciated.
- We no longer have any armor, battle magic scrolls, or gasses. If there is someone who is willing to sell them I would be willing to buy those items, using the funds within the box to pay for the items.

I would also like to thank Barrister Bluewater for administering the box in the past.

The Town box did a lot of good last year, but suffered from inconsistent at best donations. It should have a reasonable amount of gold in there and I encourage those with components tied closely to the land to contact the knights about selling them to the town for such actions. The same is likely true for healing potions and other production items although it is of course up to the knights what they wish to fill it with as the funds, while decent, are limited.

I would very much encourage anyone adventuring to consider putting aside a portion of treasure found for the town box. Either a full portion (so divide by 7 when you have 6 people) or any production items you don't need. Or simple rounding, have 8 gold, 3 silver and 2 copper to split in a group of 8? Drop the small coins into the town box, an ounce from many will outweigh a pound from a few.

It is my understanding that the Town Box should also currently have the following? 1 Scroll of Create Shadow Gate, and one suit of Arcane Armor suitable for a scholar to be fully protected?
