To all who may be traveling or trading in the area surrounding Lake Grace in the Colony of Exabeth - Several issues have been brought to the attention of the Teamster's and Seamen's Guild that all should made aware of.
Large groups of goblins have been seen on the roads, seemingly moving towards the town of Lightcliff.
Creatures known as Elosdi have been seen with startling frequency near several settlements. Travelers should take care to not move about alone.
While the undead have been no better or worse than usual, several reports exist of a powerful shade moving with purpose along the roads in the area, but not attacking those who stumble near it.
