Two Weapons Update to ARB?

This was discussed awhile back in the one of the pre-release threads, but did not seem to make it into the final ARB 2.0.

The Two Weapon skill currently reads "This skill allows the character to hold and use two weapons in combat, one in each hand. Neither weapon can be a two handed weapon, and one of the weapons must be a Short or Small weapon. As noted in the “Combat” section, each weapon must be swung separately with the correct damage call. If an archer has the Two Weapon skill and is using a short bow, then they may block with the bow in one hand while wielding a Long one handed weapon or a one handed spear in the other."

This text doesn't support a common occurrence of using a longbow and a short weapon. In the thread, something to the effect of the following was suggested, and generally supported.

"Certain two-handed weapons are valid for blocking while held in one hand. This includes the Long Bow, the Short Bow, and the Staff. The Staff and Long Bow count as long weapons for the purposes of the Two Weapons fighting style skill. The Short Bow counts as a short weapon which means that Short Bow and Long Sword is a valid fighting style! Just remember the bow still requires two hands to fire; you'll have to put your sword away to use arrows."

Is it possible to get this text revised in the ARB?

I'm not sure where to post suggestions for the ARB now that the pre-release thread is closed, so this is where I went.

Thanks!
