Vengeance Duration?

Simple question. Was an 'update' to the Vengeance Ritual missed and is this times ever ritual supposed to expire in 3 years or not have an expiration date similar to skill stores, enchants and other times ever ritual affects?

The latest version of the Ritual Database should always be considered the authority on Formal Scrolls. As noted previously in the ARC forum, ARC cannot answer questions of "intent". I would recommend contacting your friendly chapter owner about this question.
