I am looking for clarification on wands, Does each wand have a separate number of charges, or do you as a caster have a set number of charges to be split among all your wands. Ex. I buy 2 wands one of flame and one of ice, I have 20 total spell slots, does this mean i get 20 Flame charges +20 Ice charges or 20 total to be split as i choose?
