Citizens of Wayside, please be advised of an escaped criminal. 2 months ago the human male known as Albert Winestine was captured by Sheriff Draco of Westhaven for the disappearance of 200 Earth and Solar Guild members. After being in custody for over 2 months, the prisoner has escaped.
The specifics of how are not well known, however reports from the guard on duty described the following:
~He didn't say anything for 2 months, then, all of a sudden he explained, "it's time" and requested I come over and unlock his cell. I don't know what came over me, I couldn't resist it. I unlocked his cell. He then asked for my weapons, and the nearest exit. I handed them over. He then told me to close my eyes, count to 1000 and then open them. He was then gone.~
The guard was found to have traces of an Enslavement alchemical effect in his system; how that was given is currently under investigation.
If you come across The Good Doctor, please report to your nearest person of law. He is extremely dangerous, and known to have the ability to enslave people on a different level than a regular enslavement effect.
