Weapon Skill Disarm/Shatter Effect Group

Is it Summoned Force or Other? The book actually seems to come down pretty solidly on the side of Summoned Force, as neither effect is listed separately in the Other effect group, and the skill entries reinforce that they follow all rules of the respective spells. That seemed contrary to word-of-mouth and rules-by-consensus, so here's the question.

Any effect which falls into an Effect Group is always of that type, no matter what the source. Thus, "Prepare To Die" Shatter and Disarm are, just like the spells, from the Summoned Force effect group.
