Weather for the weekend: Don't read if you're superstitious

I think it's important to post these so people come prepared!

Jun 27 Friday
Thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. Highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Jun 28 Saturday
Scattered thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 70s and lows in the low 60s.

Jun 29 Sunday
Scattered thunderstorms possible. Highs in the mid 70s and lows in the low 60s.

Awwww... sunova....

Guess there will be quite a few extra Air Elementals out there!

Summer thunderstorms are cool though! It gives a nice break to the heat and it is so warm out you aren't cold after getting soaked. I actually love this type of weather. I just don't like it when it is cold and rainy. Bleuch!

Warm and rainy certainly beats cold and rainy. And the drainage work done to the site helped immensely last time. Just pack LOTS of dry socks... soggy feet suck no matter what the temperature.

Well, it's getting better with the latest forecast.

Jun 27 Tomorrow
Partly cloudy with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Warm. High 83F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Jun 27 Tomorrow night
Isolated thunderstorms during the evening, then skies turning partly cloudy overnight. Low 64F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Jun 28 Saturday
Thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 60s.

Jun 29 Sunday
A few thunderstorms possible. Highs in the upper 70s and lows in the low 60s.

Having spent many week-ends at the site in the past year or so, I have spent a lot of time checking the weather reports for the area. I can tell you that the weather reports often say "chance of thunderstorms." I think this is because of the effect the mountains have on the air pressure.

Well I'll deal with it as best I can by using my cloak and hood, but honestly as my Dark Elf if its raining allot it will be hard to be outside and not melt. :( I'm still pumped for the event! And at least it won't be cold and rainy and if there is rain it will keep the temperature down.
