Weather for this weekend

Rain. :x

May 2 Friday
Thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 60s and lows in the low 50s.

May 3 Saturday
Showers. Highs in the low 60s and lows in the low 40s.

May 4 Sunday
Showers possible. Highs in the upper 50s and lows in the low 40s.

Friday thunderstorm is really the only worry. Showers aren't too big of a hassle. It's not ideal, but it could be worse. Still, everyone will definitely want to dress warm, especially at night (and especially if it's a bit wet out).

MIKE!!!!!! Stop that!!!!!

You know better than to read the weather report before a game. And you definitely know better than to post it.

The only events ive ever played in Hq where it did not rain it snowed. its such a waist of the site because noone will use more then the frist bit of it because of the weather. :(

Good thing we cleared out so much more of the module space last weekend! Woohoo!

The latest weather report I saw this morning says we have a 50% chance of rain this week-end. It's not going to pour all week-end. We might get a quick shower or two, that's all....... I hope! :)

ARGH... more mud... sigh....

im hoping to get to play more winter events by next year. Its easy to dress for the cold, but there is nothing you can do to stay dry if your outside in the rain. That and I really like snow and cold because then your not wet and muddy.

There shouldn't be nearly as much mud. It rained tremendously for weeks before the last event. It was also the spring thaw and the ground can't absorb both the thaw and the rain as well. In addition, the plants start drawing water from the ground again in the spring so the water shouldn't sit on top as much.

That being said, there certainly may be some muddy patches. We are working to alleviate that for the future with landscaping work. It should be done by the late May events (barring contractor issues).

Sleeping in the cold sucks however. Can't guarantee the site will be ready for winter events by this winter.

But once it is, I expect you to be the one to plow the parking lot, mwuhahahaha. Wanna donate a plow for the tractor too?

Murphy's Law: When there's a 50/50 chance of being wrong (or getting rain in this case) there's a 100% chance it will happen.

/sigh

Mud hasn't stopped me before, it isn't gonna stop me now.

Well, 80% of all statistics are made up. ;)

I have a feeling the weather is going to be like what it is like here in York, Pa right now. I know we're 3 hours away, but it's just cloudy and keeps sprinkling every once and a while. If it's weather like this, we'll be fine. Cold will be the only real worry, and even that is easily manageable.

At least they're using terms like "spotty showers" and "passing showers" now.

The chance of rain has gone down! Huzzah!

May 2 Tomorrow
Cloudy with showers. High 58F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

May 2 Tomorrow night
Considerable cloudiness with occasional rain showers. Low 46F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.

May 3 Saturday
Showers. Highs in the low 60s and lows in the upper 40s.

May 4 Sunday
Occasional showers possible. Highs in the low 60s and lows in the mid 40s.

LOL! I love that!

I'm going to use it in my next business meeting.
