Oregon's next weekend event is at Brooks Memorial ELC.

Pre-reg will open Feb 26th and close Mar 12th.

Event fee will be

PC: $65.00 at the door, $50.00 if you pre-reg
Advance page: $40.00 at the door, $30.00 if you pre-rg
Page: $30.00 at the door, $20.00 if you pre-reg

We got this event date changed to the next weekend, March 19th, 20th, 21st due to numerous conflicts including Finals and a Mortal Tears/Shadow Accord game. I hope this doesn't cause any problems for people.

Event title: The Itsy Bitsy Spider and Daddy Long Legs
Event Location: Stillrun
Description: Someone really pissed the driders off.
 
The deadline to have your character transferred is March 12th! Get your requests in soon! If you don't meet the deadline you don't get to PC at the Oregon event.

Thank you for responding Jimmy, but I would like to say this in addition.

Yes, generally food is provided for NPC's.

But Cymryc was holding off on responding to this question, cause we were not sure if it was being handled and by who and wanted to make sure it was going to be happening this event.

So, more then likely there will be food provided for NPCs. But, I would wait until Cymryc or Staff gives an official answer.

If you plan to PC at the Oregon event be sure to get your Transfer Requests in!
 
If you are not on the pre-reg list and have sent me a pre-reg, please send it again as I may have missed it or not received it

Here is the address:

2465 U.S. 97
Goldendale, WA 98620-2704

From Seattle:
Take I-90 East
In Ellensburg, take I-82 South
In Toppenish, take the Hwy 22 South Exit (Exit 50 I believe)
Continue through Toppenish and Hwy 22 turns into Hwy 97
Follow Highway 97 towards Goldendale
After about 35 miles on Hwy 97, the entrance to Brooks Memorial ELC should be on your left
