What time should NPC's arrive?

First time LARPing so I don't know when to arrive. I got about a 2 hour drive from Rochester, NH.
P.S. Anyone in the seacoast area or on the way need a ride, let me know.

Typically we would like you to be at site by 930 so that we can get event rundown and new player training out of the way before game on.

Glad I asked. I was thinking 3pm.

if your setting up a tent you can arrive earlier than 9:30. 5-6pm is okay.
and that way you can look around site/ be shown the site before dark.

I will be on site between 6 and 7... always looking for help setting up logistics, npc camp ect. Gobbies Will be awarded accordingly!
