What YEAR is it?!?!

So, I don't know what year it is in Andar. I have heard some people say it is 608, others say 1008. And everyone I ask ends up shrugging their shoulders.

Did the rulebook specify what year it was at some point? I vaguely remember seeing somewhere that the year was Current - 1400, but I don't remember and haven't had the time to look it up recently.
 
There is a Fortannis-wide calendar that is year - 1400. So it depends on which calendar you are using.
