I need a national packet and Ashbury local one for wild elves. Who do I talk to?

There is no national "wild elf" packet. There is a national "elf" packet, and then each chapter has its own local variants which is added to the end of the national part.
In Ashbury, we have a "wild elf (kiergani)" packet, a "Amani" packet, and an "Imladari" packet for each of the primary elven cultures, each of which begins exactly the same with the national elf packet.

Can I get a clarification on what a SASE is? My girlfriend is preparing to join and play a kiergani, but I'm uncertain on how to get my hands on a race packet. Thanks!

You can send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to Mike V (contact him for the proper size) to get one in the mail OR you can get one at Logistics at an event.
