Wicked Effin Short Notice Ride

Hey Everyone,

So, I've been a touch busy these past few weeks and uhh... totally forgot to do a few things.

1) Pre-reg for this event (Oh well. I'll live)
2) Find a ride for my lame ***, as I have no car.

Is anyone passing through the Providence area who would help a down and out Half Dwarf Paladin make it to this epic adventure?

I will do my best to love you forever, offer gas money, and the like.

Terribly sorry for the short notice, life's just been kind of... crazy lately.

So yes, please let me know via e-mail (Love_X_Honor at yahoo dot com), AIM (xXDamienChildXx) or even phone ( 401 837 1040 ).

I'd be super appreciative.

Thanks much.

Ryan, just so you know, I am going to stalk you now that you posted all your personal info on the Intarweb.

:D

Torrie is comming to the cape from CT on her way and passes through providence if she goes rt 6. She also does not read the boards. I will give her a call for you. may be unavalible as she might be comming at odd hours of thursday night.

Tell Tori that if she gets Ryan, I will bake her cookies and rend the living for her.

And tell her it's Ryan's birthday. Because it is.

Oh, and happy birthday Ryan. <3

A slightly more difficult option:

Ryan,

I've taken the commuter train from Providence to South Station in Boston several times. It's pretty easy.

You can then walk, take a cab, or take the subway to North Station, and then take either the Rockport or Newburyport line to Salem.

If you can be at Salem Station by 6:20 pm, you can ride with me to Claremont.

I suppose you could also meet me earlier at South Station. You'd have to be there by 4:30 pm, but then you'll have to ride through the subway system with me anyway, so it's not much of a difference.

Either way, it's not as much of a pain in the *** as it sounds, or maybe it is and I'm just use to riding the train every goddamn day.

If no one else comes through, call me if you’re up for the trek.

Thanks for the try Bill, no worries.

Gary, normally I'd be up for such a trek with my mountain of gear, but my problem arises from the fact that my job shanghais me till about 5:30-6ish <mutter> Which I should have posted here this morning anyway. This is what happens when you start wearing a breathing mask for a disorder that makes you not sleep, and it makes you sleep WORSE at first (long story short, I am extremely tired in the mornings as of late).

But, I'll see if it'd be at all possible for me to get out of work early, who knows. (Though, if I could get out of work on time for once, I'd be more inclined to say it's possible.)

I'll see what I can pull for last minute magic. I'm tryin'!

Thanks for the suggestions, if anyone has any more offers/thoughts, I'm open!

For now, I'm gonna go rest, it's been a long Birthday, heheh.
