Greetings all!
As we continue to update our site and make it the best it can be, we'll be having another workday April 23rd. Each workday we seek to improve the site a bit and make sure we are prepared for upcoming events. This workday will include the below activities/goals.
1.) Tent completion - we have 2 more tent frames ready to go and want to put up actual canvas and tie down the tents to improve our sleeping quarters.
2.) Couch repair - We have a new 3 seater couch with super comfortable frames, it needs a bit of TLC with some wood glue and duct tape to ensure it stays comfortable.
3.) Light rewiring - This may or may not happen but we will be rewiring the other half of the light before next game to double the awesome lighting in the Tavern
4.) Safety/debris removal - First of our Orchard site and then an additional walk through the parking area to ensure things are clean as safe. (We'll be mowing a bit closer to the event)
5.) Orchard pole removal and whole filling - we'll be pulling up the old metal poles from the orchard site and hauling them away via tractor, as well as looking to fill the hole of doom near one of the trees to enhance safety.
6.) Light hanging - We'll be adding color changing lights to the Tavern to better reflect Respite times.
7.) General Cleaning - removal of stickers, cleaning of tables and fans in Tavern
8.) Monster Camp updates - we'll be putting together some clothing hangers and doing some basic organization.
9.) Game instruction review - as always if you are new, we welcome you to come out and get a demo of how to play and see the site!
10.) Other activities - from cutting tags to making spell packets there is always more to do, as a reminder you will never be asked to help with a task you don't want to and if you want to just come hang out we'd be glad to have you!
