For Anguis maybe "DFA" by Duane Decker, from the Mechwarrior soundtrack. No lyrics. No need for 'em.
 
For Captain Vitaly (Illyich Alexei Nikola Kerensky) it would be a toss-up between "Horobushko" and "Gypsy Rhapsody" by Bond and Basil Poledouris' "Hymn to Red October" from the Hunt for Red October soundtrack (it was the song that was playing during the opening credits of the film)

and Winterthorn couldn't have any theme music, because it would completely screw up any chance of his backstabing a target.
 
Dunno about theme songs, but I'll usually sing a song in my head as I gear up to get the mindset right and have it in the back of my head to keep me in character. Obviously the songs are anachronistic, but the ideas behind the songs let me know what my motivation is.
