I bought Rockband 2 but I am not sure about GH:World Tour yet. I have heard tho the Rockband controllers work with GH: World Tour but have not tried it.

If you are using IE 7 I am not sure but it sounds like you removed your address bar. In IE you should see View as a menu option. Somewere in there you should see address bar. It might be undertool bars. In Firefox its under View Toolbars and then select navigation bar.
