Must've been an old goof somewhere in the difficulty/reagents by level columns that got fixed on the ARC version after the sheet I copied from forked off. Fixed it and re-copied the relevant data from the ARC sheet for all rituals, just to be sure. Thanks for pointing it out!

This is just referring to exchanging types of coins, e.g. silver for gold.

My read is that the strike keyword allows you to use non-arrow packet targeting rules, but it is still a physical delivery. Hence weapon shield applies. Otherwise you would not be able to use a weapon shield against 500 Weapon Strike Body, for example.
