I hope it makes sense to have a thread that is for pure typos (ones that don't muddy meanings). For example: Under 2.3 Effect Changes the phrase "consolidated down into a single spell " appears a few times, but sometimes it is "single spell" and sometimes it is "simple spell."

The problem is that steady damage doesn't relate to a "tank" role. To be a tank you need to be the focus of damage and be able to soak a lot of it before you go down.

Is the Rock/Paper/Scissors = Fighter/Mage/Rogue model something that is actually set at the heart of Alliance rules? Meaning, is that the basic philosophy of the rules set (or of the ARC)? To me it seems like a very un-helpful mental model to start from. I think it tends to allow us to dodge...

That seems like poor rule design. Doesn't that amount to saying your shield can be any size, so long as you leave some sliver of yourself uncovered?

For what it is worth, as a long-time foam fighter I am also of the opinion that two-foot binding is much, much less safe than the current one-foot. Bind. Just adding another opinion.
