I love the printed rulebook, that's never been the issue. It would be silly to say that the printed rulebooks should be free but Amazon (or whatever print on demand service you preffer) can do the same for cheaper and without having to charge for PDFs.

My recommendation would be to hold the whole thing down by the lake. I know having the kitchen nearby would be handy but if we are doing a picknick anyways, being right by the water would encourage swimming, more.

Issue with posting big albums like that is tracking down folks to give permission to use their likeness in a retail product. With sending in photos, it's pretty much implied. Speaking of which, will we need some sort of photo release deal?

If you are just casting buffs and healing, you can have packets in a functional weapon hand. I use a shield and sword. I keep packets in my shield hand and still defend myself quite well. If you have to throw a lot of spells have a quick sheath or something.

The classes in our game are fluid, meaning when it is more build efficient to be a different class, you switch to that class. I would say start a base class and then ease into a hybrid.
