Besides the general awesomeness and hospitality everyone showed us new guys, the best part for me was definitely the Unicorn Plant, as I've taken to calling it. You guys really know how to give a new gal incentive to keep coming back!

My friend and I are planning to attend next weekend's event, but we don't have weapons to use. He wanted to use a staff and I was hoping for a small weapon and bow/packets. Does anyone have anything we could borrow? Or any ideas on how we can get a hold of these things on such short notice...

Are all the events outdoor, even if there's snow/very cold temperatures? Also, what are the hours/time the event runs on a one-day faire?
