Hello, I was just wondering what SF's policy is on people from other chapters blanketing your events. I.E Back blanketing, Donations ETC. Thanks a bunch

In relation to the "With all magic items, only standard ritual effects created through the normal ritual system are allowed." Does this mean that magic items that are found IG(via loot, IG merchants Etc.) and/or MI picked will not be allowed?
