I'd love a destruction type spell/ritual that puts an effect on someone to take double damage from evocation. That way the way evocation works becomes more tactical.

The main feedback I've been hearing from the 4-5 people that were at the oregon playtest that I spoke to is that magic spells were not very useful. A lot of this had to do with the plot team playing with a non-standard monster database with scaled defenses. Does anyone have comments on this?

Chris - is the cost for Slow/weakness blow correct for rogues? It's showing up as 4 on the webapp but it's 3 per the packet. At least that's what it is looking like to me.

Jesse, I've been telling people we can be onsite by 4 pm on Friday, is that correct? Also all parking in the bottom parking lot once you drop off your car, correct?

I will be competing in Team (Izual, Nytilit, and myself), Melee and Spellcasting.

The event will start Thursday night and go through til Sunday, just the same as nationals.

The good thing is for some chapters, it's a great option. For others, maybe not so much. I'll use it in Denver ALL THE TIME. Rifting, ripping free, doing mods where I'm in a small room and enemies are spawning from the walls. To be able to wail on them, super effective for me.
