I would disagree. Since you need to have a spirit to take the effects of Gifts, a death elixir would be no effect. the same way a CSS'ed individual is "Alive" but doesn't have a spirit attached to the body. As a marshal for Crossroads, I would say that the spell shield and other potion effects...

Bit of a rules lawyer on this one, but you can't stack carriers...just saying.

Just so it's here as well. Like was said, a spiral fracture of the fibula. Saw the Orthopedist yesterday. He put me in a walking cast since the fibula is "non weight bearing". Probably about 6-8 weeks in it. 3 months til "full" recovery.

A major problem to consider with a "spellstrike storm" item is that while in the storm you don't posses any other in game skills. You cannot block with that weapon, or any weapon or shield for that matter.

Don't worry about it looking roman. there is nothing that says your armor must be Euro Medieval. I know several people who have armor that doesn't fit that description and their armor looks awesome. So if you like the Lorica go with it.
