Out of curiosity does this apply in 2012 also? I might come npc an event if it does as it would so be worth the time. I also make a great npc as on larp weekends I DO NOT, repeat to pc's, DO NOT sleep. And yes logistics will have me as their toy.
 
Last I heard, the new GM and Assistant GM are working on updating NPC rewards, but I suspect that the gas rewards will stay and/or the rewards will generally improve.

If you'd like to come NPC a weekend, we would love to have you. Though, believe it or not, we actually request that you do get a reasonable amount of sleep. Well rested and healthy is infinitely preferable to rundown and tired.

If you insist, I just have over the years got to the point where one weekend a month of lack of sleep does not affect me that much anymore, plus when I npc, early morning cabin raids are a fun way to not only helP keep immersion, but great alarm clocks, and allow people to sometimes find their character. Hell it is what makes me find mine, if the cabin raids find me
 
I can confirm that the current policies are carried over for 2012. That being said, the rewards are currently being workshopped and will be getting even better soon.
