2016 National Cabin Deco Rules - PLEASE READ

Hey guys!

We're looking forward to hosting all of you at the upcoming Nationals event! Please note that our site has been recently renovated, and we're required to follow some rules that will help preserve the quality of our upgraded cabins.

As a result, we are prohibited from the use of tacks, tape, chalk or similar implements for decorating our cabins, on either the inside or outside of the cabin. However, painter's tape is -specifically- permitted to be used for cabins. While we understand that this can inhibit your ability to decorate your cabin, we appreciate your assistance in maintaining our awesome relationship with our favorite site.

Do you know if deco -outside- the cabin is okay? Such as solar lights on stakes?
 
Solar lights on stakes should be completely fine, though I'll confirm with our GMs. The rules in question are specifically in regards to maintaining the quality of the renovated cabins themselves (residue, punctures, etc).
 
Note: The rules in question -do- pertain to the outer structure of the cabins themselves, however! So you also could not use tacks/duct tape/etc on the outer wall of the cabin, as an example.
 
Solar stakes should be fine!
 
@Draven wasn't there also specifically no tape or anything on windows of any kind? I thought we had gotten in trouble for that as well.
