Greetings,
Please refer to the following for Magic Item and GS policies for the 2016 National Event:
-Players may bring any combination of LCO items with up to 20 ritual effects. For the purpose of counting ritual effects the following will not be counted: Permanence, Spirit Link, Spirit Lock, and Preserve Duration.
-Players may bring unlimited Restricted magic items.
-With all magic items, only standard ritual effects created through the normal ritual system are allowed.
-Goblin stamps from any chapter may be used for production items, and must be spent during pre-registration. Goblin stamps from any chapter other than the Host Chapter may not be spent after pre-registration closes.
-Goblin Stamps from any chapter may be used to blanket the National Event.
-Dragon Stamps may be traded in for production items, and must also be requested during pre-registration.
-Every PC and NPC attending the event will receive their choice of teacher card.
-Scrolls that were issued at a previous National event (I believe they have NAC as part of their item number) will be allowed. Chapter-issued scrolls will not be permitted.
-All reagents which normally travel will be accepted. Catalysts that were not Nationally issued will not be permitted.
-Players do not need to purchase membership at the Host Chapter in order to play the National Event, but must sign the standard release waiver prior to playing. All players must have active membership in at least one Alliance LARP Chapter in order to attend the National Event.
